Inviting your crew
Bring crew onto your production by sending them an invitation. Each one sets the email it goes to and the permission level that person gets. Only Owners and Admins can invite crew, and you can do it on the web or in the app.
Creating an invitation
- Open your Invitations list and start a new invitation.
- Enter the person's Email.
- Pick a Permission: Owner, Editor or Reader.
- Set an Expiration Date if you want the invitation to lapse after a while. Leave it blank for no expiry.
- Save the invitation. They claim it by signing in with that email address.
- Open the Users screen (under More by default) and tap the add button.
- Enter the person's Email.
- Choose a Permission: Owner, Editor or Reader.
- Set an Expiration if you want the invite to lapse, or leave it blank.
- Save. They claim it by signing in with that email address.
Not sure which permission to give? Editor lets crew create and edit content; Reader is view only; Owner is full access including settings and invitations. See Roles and permissions.
